Most brands with real craft don’t find it hard to make something good. They find it hard to sell it somewhere new.
Métier to Market is a show about that gap. In every episode I sit down with founders, CEOs, marketing directors and brand managers who have taken a brand into a market that had never heard of it — furniture, lighting, interiors, hospitality — and I ask the questions that never make it into the case study. What the first year abroad really cost. What they would do differently. What worked that they never expected.
No frameworks. No five-step plans. Just a conversation about how it went.
The first episodes are recorded in New York this November.

I grew up reading a lot. And writing even more.
I loved beautiful notebooks and good fountain pens. The people around me taught me to take care of things, to keep them, to repair them. To choose better instead of buying more.
I still love objects made by hand. Slowly. With care. When someone really makes something, you can feel it when you hold it.
I also grew up with many languages and cultures around me. A bit chaotic, and very rich.
I’m Lucie Pellier.
For a while I asked myself if a show about craft made sense coming from me. I work in digital, in technology, in AI.
And I think that’s exactly why now.
Because most brands with real craft don’t find it hard to make something good. They find it hard to sell it somewhere new.
I spend my days helping brands (furniture, lighting, interiors, hospitality) grow in markets where nobody knows their name yet. Or where people know them, and forget them as soon as the next contract project arrives.
The hard part is almost never the product. It’s the hundred decisions after it: which market to enter, which channel, what to say, what to spend, who to trust on the ground.
This is Métier to Market.
In every episode I sit down with people who have really done it — founders, CEOs, marketing directors, brand managers, and I ask the questions that never make it into the case study.
What the first year abroad really cost. What they would do differently. What worked that they never expected.
No frameworks. No five-step plans. Just a conversation about how it went.
So if this sounds like you, if you still stop when you see a light on in a window, come in.
Métier to Market. Where your brand grows next.
The first episodes will be recorded in New York this November.
